The GOC is staffed by highly trained individuals who deliver support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The GOC team supports the entire Pratt & Whitney and IAE fleet of engines and has direct access to all organizations within both companies.

The main objective of the GOC is to provide complete and responsive feedback for all customer inquiries. IAE Field Office Support IAE operates a network of more than 130 Field Service Representatives located in over 60 cities worldwide. The Field Service Representatives provide IAE customers with on-site technical support for V2500 engines. They have direct access to IAE’s Technical Services organization to assist in the resolution of customer problems including troubleshooting, diagnostics and maintenance-related questions. IAE V2500 Lease Engine Support IAE maintains and manages a large pool of lease engines to support all models of the V2500 engine. IAE’s lease engines are located in various strategic locations around the world and are available for short- and long-term leases. Availability and contact details are available through the IAE. V2500 Engine Technical Support The IAE Customer Technical Support team provides customers with engine and systems troubleshooting advise, in addition to handling routine questions and AOG situations. IAE’s Technical Support team comprises engine component, systems and performance engineers who are highly knowledgeable on the V2500 engine. The Technical Support team works closely with the Field Service Representatives to address technical questions related to the operation and serviceability of the V2500 engine.
